Q: How Many Commuters Will Decrease Use of Public Transit?

A: The vast majority—82%—of public transportation commuters expect to decrease their use of these services.

Commuters who used public transportation at least monthly in 2019 now anticipate using "significantly less" (56%), "moderately less" (12%), or "slightly less" (14%) public or mass transportation services in the coming month.

Approximately 14% of commuters will continue using public transportation "about the same amount."
