A: Democrats say yes, while Republicans and Independents feel neutral.
Democrats tended to view local government actions more favorably than Independents or Republicans.
Still, most people did not feel that local government has had a significant impact either way. Just 9% of Democrats, 5% of Independents, and 5% of Republicans said local government has had a "significant positive impact" on them. Only 1% of Democrats, 9% of Independents, and 14% of Republicans answered that local government has had a "significant negative impact."
