Prior to joining the ThinkAlike team, Sophia earned her Bachelor's degree in neuroscience from the University of Chicago, where she studied the intricacies of how people think, behave, and experience emotions.
Since graduation, she has used her scientific background and organizational skills to help businesses empower their employees and communities as an Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Consultant.
As a Research Assistant, Sophia conducts neuroscientific research and performs advanced data analysis to gain a deeper understanding of neuromarketing insights.
